Who We Are
St. Crispin’s Home is a registered autonomous Trust governed by a Board of Trustees who appoint an Executive Committee to manage the day-to-day affairs of the Home through the Director.
The Director is authorised and responsible for implementing all decisions of the Board of Trustees either directly or through the various committees, this includes fulfilling the aims, objects, rules & regulations and administration of all activities and projects of the Trust.
The Director is assisted by a team of about 50 trained and experienced personnel who consist of the RCCF officer, Child welfare Coordinators, House Mothers, Nurses, Cooks; Headmistresses, teaching and non-teaching staff; the Accounts Officer and the administrative backup staff.
